Tim McGill aka Timbo passed away on 27th February 2010. Tim was a regular at the Prince both in front and behind the bar.

A genuinely lovely guy who liked a drink but also took part in historical re-enactment as an English Civil War Pikeman, if memory serves. Many of you who worked at the Post Office will no doubt remember Timbo.

He’ll be sorely missed.

Spread the word, boys and girls, the next Prince of Orange Reunion is on Saturday 17th July 2010 at O’Connors in Hall Street Chelmsford.

This year’s reunion will be dedicated to absent friends who made the Prince so special.

It starts at 14.00 and goes on until midnight. For those of you with unbounding stamina or you just feel like going somewhere else afterwards, Mustard www.mustardbistro.co.uk will be opening its basement bar for larks and japes and musical caperings until 2am.

Let’s make this bigger and better than last year!
